I have only lived here since March 2026 and I love it here! The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful! The maintenance crew are fantastic and get things done quickly and professionally! This is my sanctuary and oasis and I truly enjoy being here!! If you are looking for a new oasis I highly recommend the Fairways at South Shore!! You'll be glad you did!! :D
we went looking for our next home and stopped by the Fairways at South Shore. The staff was very polite and attentive. We loved the unit we saw online but when we first toured their demo unit / what was available, the first room we entered I saw a dead german roach on the floor which immediately had turned us off. If you see 1 german roach just know there’s hundreds more. When we left we decided to look more depth into reviews as well and sure enough we did see tenants complain about this issue. These apartments are such a break from the chaos and insanity that Houston has become. I'm so thankful that God led us here and don't ever plan on leaving. Their customer service, kindness, and professionalism absolutely cannot be beat! I'm here because of my husband’s job. I'm so thankful for the staff!!!
I want to warn anyone considering moving to The Anchor at South Shore, located at 120 Enterprise Avenue in League City. In my experience, this has been a very poor choice for long-term living. There have been ongoing issues with how residents are treated. Employees and some third-party contractors have displayed unprofessional behavior, including confrontational communication and interactions that feel dismissive of residents’ concerns and rights.
