These apartments are such a break from the chaos and insanity that Houston has become. I'm so thankful that God led us here and don't ever plan on leaving. Their customer service, kindness, and professionalism absolutely cannot be beat! I'm here because of my husband’s job. I'm so thankful for the staff!!!
I want to warn anyone considering moving to The Anchor at South Shore, located at 120 Enterprise Avenue in League City. In my experience, this has been a very poor choice for long-term living. There have been ongoing issues with how residents are treated. Employees and some third-party contractors have displayed unprofessional behavior, including confrontational communication and interactions that feel dismissive of residents’ concerns and rights. Choosing a place to call home is a big decision, but the team at Fairway at Southshore made it the easiest one we’ve ever made. From the very first tour, Brya, Daniella, and Hope in the leasing office were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process, answering every question with a smile.
