its a decent complex with nice pools there is ALOT of construction the water gets shut off a bit too often not crazy often but too often they listened to my feedback on the vending machine though which is pretty cool
I have been at the Fairways for about 6 months now. I continue to have a great experience. Maintenance and office staff are prompt and friendly and they genuinely seem to care. There are regular events and we receive text messages/emails. The delivery locker is awesome! The area is relatively safe an s quiet. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to rent here.
I absolutely love living in this community! The property is so beautiful and always well taken care of. The girls in the office are amazing; so friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel at home. I also love how close we are to Galveston, it makes weekend trips so easy and fun. I just moved in not long ago and it was such an easy process and the unit I moved into was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier to call this place home!
Just had my second tour and both times Hope has been an excellent help. First with the self-guided tour and making sure the door opened for us which is what we were struggling with. Then with the guided tour, she went through all of our options. We went to tour two apartments and both were in great condition. The neighbors are friendly from what I saw. I love all of there amenities and I’m looking forward to moving in soon hopefully. Overall great experience and management is friendly and super helpful!
