Lane has done an outstanding job since taking over management at Fairways at Hunters Run. He’s been amazing to work with, easygoing, professional, and always on top of getting the property looking better. His motivation and drive show in every improvement around the community. Lane also treats residents with genuine respect and makes their needs a priority. It’s refreshing to see management that truly cares about both the property and the people who live here.
The new management is amazing. Really turning the place around.

May 16, 2025 So, another manager gone & a more important person of the community? Nah, we're moving out. So many years here, I am done. 2025 Update It is February 17, 2025 8:30 AM Winter is still here, -35°F no wind, My unit can't be opened from either cold or mechanical failure. I've tried calling, but they changed their automated call system & there is no direct onsite emergency maintenance, or something anymore. I had to call the cops to help.
