The property is okay but I am not a fan of Radco. The whole reason I moved here was for the amenities. The hot tub didn't work before coronavirus, they started fixing it and it took forever, then we didn't get to use it before coronavirus hit. And boy, did Radco completely fumble the coronavirus response. They closed amenities, which sucks, but I get the state ordered stuff like that closed, but then they kept them closed for a month after the state lifted the ban on gyms, pools, etc. People then complained and Radco finally... read more

We understand that the temporary closure of our amenities isn't ideal; however, we've done so in the best interest of our residents and staff. I love the complex they are very clean. I have lived here for a year and a half and have never had any reason to complain. The maintenance guys respond super fast I have never complained that they have always given their best. Very professional and friendly people.
Great community and the office staff along with the maintenance staff ar all hard workers and their response times to anything that I needed to be down has been excellent. Keep up the great work.
Great community! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew are great and responsive in a timely manner. Alison, Jennifer and Lindsey always go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. Jay, the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and helpful. He responds quickly to address any maintenance issues. The community has very nice pool area and gym. I highly recommend Ashford at Feather Sound community for anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
Just agreed to my 13th year lease.. Luv this place.All the ladies in office are the best..
