Excellent experience, especially the on site property management team; specifically Madison Sweeney. Responsive, reliable and dedicated. She provides a white glove experience to renting that really made us feel heard and respected. All problems or issues were resolved in a fair and respectful manner. Don't be fooled by appearances. I've lived in this villa under Hunt Midwest ownership and Griffis Blessing ownership. The quality of maintenance and care under Griffis Blessing has greatly declined, yet the rent has increased significantly. Free maintenance, as advertised on their website, is different from maintenance free. Pay attention to the current reviews vs. the older reviews. Very nice space but the management company is horrible. You pay extra for trash service but it is sporadic at best. All we get are promises and no solutions. You also pay for snow removal and it never happens. We have had two major snow storms this year and they do NOTHING. We are nearly 70 and came here because the contract indicates snow removal. We have hand shoveled 11 inches of snow and 8 inches this winter to get out of our drive. Office manager is completely unresponsive. Now we have 12-14 inches coming this week and ... read more
Beautiful townhomes but you will often not get your trash and recycling picked up on a weekly basis. For how much we are paying per month, failure to attend to residents’ basic disposal needs is shameful. You’ll instead need to keep stinky trash inside your garage for days on end while management kicks the can on canceling its contract with Republic Services without being transparent about why.
I've just moved in! The experience from the tour, application process, to moving in has been a pleasant experience. The Townhome is very clean and spacious. Lord, I love the views!
