This is not the time to move into this building although I would love for someone to take mine. The HOA constantly going up and not to mention this thing called special assessments. It’s enough to go out and get a mortgage. The one we’re paying now is a complete rip off. Make you wonder if someone is putting money in their pocket at the residence expense.
