Great experience at Fairway Subaru today!! Had a flat tire on my Subaru Ascent caused by a piece of metal, after getting temp donut tire on car drove to Fairway Subaru at 3:25PM, found out they closed at 4PM but Brad Mulligan very calmly said they'd get it done after finding out they had my tire in stock. At 3:59PM they sent me a video of the new tire installed and Brad was able to get warranty coverage to partially pay for the new tire and installation. The service department staff are very friendly and helpful. I k will it is an honest assessment of issues with my car I just feel the price for tire rotation of almost $200 is overpriced
