Fairway could improve by getting rid of mushrooms growing in the carpet. In addition to towing residents weekly due to inadequate parking for residence. Been towed 3 times and have lived here for a little over 2 months. I think it's ridiculous to rent apartments and not have enough parking spaces
The office staff response to you after you have left 10 messages. The maintain in the compkex is a joke. i know a resident that currently living there and he has a two full pages of problems and it was taken the rental office and the maintain staff over four months to repair some of his issues. The complex is horrible and no one should rent here do to the many issues along with the health issues. This compkex is unsafe.
This place suck and will not recommend anyone to live here!!!!
I moved here in 1998 it was a beautiful place to live with a small family now things has change for me and my family. We've been through a lot since then. I call it my forever home for now I can't do any better, sickness, job loss. Yep 18 years here.
