Waste of time. Horrible communication and very rude. My fiancé made an appointment with Sam through email exchange. When the day and time came Sam wasn’t even at the property. We called him and he said “oh I didn’t know. I can be there in 15.” So, we waited. After 15 minutes we left. Then 10 minutes later (25 minutes after we called him, and 30 mins after our original appointment) he called us, but we didn’t respond . Wasted our time.

This property manager does NOT respond consistently or promptly to routine maintenance requests and does not provide quality - or even bare minimum - maintenance. No cleaning of the common areas in the building. I had to vacuum the leaves out of our hallway eventually because they never cleaned anything. Snow plowing was often late and poor quality, making it difficult to get in and out of the garage area with frozen ruts in a narrow driveway. Marshall Suites was a decent transition from the dorms of St. Thomas to off-campus housing, however, the baggage that comes with living here is NOT WORTH IT. Sam and Max, the managers of the building, are unresponsive during and after we moved out. When we moved in some drawers and doors were broken, and we never got them fixed after asking multiple times. The apartment we were greeted with when we moved in was far from clean.
