My Fairway in Manhattan is teriffic. I am recovering from a shoulder condition and the staff couldn't be nicer. They pack my cart for me. The staff at Fairway and Trader Joe's are so pleasant and while the staff st the regular supermarket do their job as a function I think that things like this Is what is destroying the standard supermarket

I'm loving Fairway Market right now because their butcher Edison removed the backbone from my turkey as I requested. He was very busy however he handled my request like a pro. I'm a satisfied customer because of him. Thanks again Edison!
Completely disappointed that this location sold me rotten chicken from their butcher counter. I specifically asked the butcher, not from the pre packaged section, to select chicken sausage which he wrapped and handed to me. When I got home, I opened the package and it was rancid. Although the store refunded my money, I cannot understand how they can employ butchers that can't smell rotten meats. Not buying from this store again....
