No one ever return phone calls or does repairs when requested. Live in 55 & over community called SUNRIDGE MEADOWS IN FESTUS MO. Doors are operated w/fob unable to use door to patio broken for approx 3 wks. Now elevator is broken for over 5 hours. Had to use steps (2 flights)w/my cart in tow to get to 2nd floor apt. Which was very taxing on my shoulders/knees. This is last straw!
