Sinclair Ests II, Columbia MO. Over 10 managers in 2 yrs. None knew how to work with seniors. Ad for apts indicated billiards room & theatre room which was a lie, they have room available but it is walled in. No mention of fact they never installed them. Fairway management has been derelict in their responsibilities in maintaining the property since I have been here for at least the last five years, the property has had multiple managers but none last very long, rent goes up yearly, the maintenance people never stay long because of the pay, Fairway management has a very BAD reputation in Columbia,Mo. They own abby orchard in nixa missouri. They have ended the 30 year contract to keep rent prices affordable. They are raising the rent to almost a thousand dollars. This is hurting the income based families in their community. The company won't work with the seniors living there until they find another place to live.
