Worst experience I have ever had with a broker. We have used him twice the first time had to call him the day before closing to get paperwork done. This time not only was the process just as bad Tim Samuels unprofessionalism could not have been worse I wont describe the immorality we experienced from him but would recommend you not even meet this man.
