Jason did an incredible last minute job helping me and answering all my questions of the mess with other Leander did to me. I contacted them midnight and by Monday noon he called me to answer some questions, he checked my credit as flash and he gave me the best advice for my situation. I have worked with Fairway on two different loans. Each time Jason and his team have been WONDERFUL to work with! They are efficient, very communicative, and make you feel valued and a priority every step of the loan process. You will not regret choosing them as your lender!
Financing my mortgage with this company has been seamless; however having to call in to customer service to change anything about my payment accounts or ask questions about recasting, etc. has been surprisingly disappointing. The customer service center could use some training in active listening.
