I have worked with Fairway on two different loans. Each time Jason and his team have been WONDERFUL to work with! They are efficient, very communicative, and make you feel valued and a priority every step of the loan process. You will not regret choosing them as your lender!
Financing my mortgage with this company has been seamless; however having to call in to customer service to change anything about my payment accounts or ask questions about recasting, etc. has been surprisingly disappointing. The customer service center could use some training in active listening.

I found my dream home, and shortly after found myself in a situation where I needed to find a new job. Fairway, specifically Boone Plager's team, told me they were going to work with me while I secured another job. I must not have done it quick enough, however, because I received a denial letter in the mail. When I called to give them news of my job, I received no call back.
