I had a really great experience working with James as my loan officer. He answered all of my questions, day or night, and made the mortgage process less intimidating. My realtor commented after the closing process that it was "the fastest and most organized closing process he's ever seen" and that includes comparing against all-cash transactions. I would highly recommend James and I will definitely be working with him in the future.

James was the perfect person for the job. This was my first time buying a home and I had a really short time frame to complete the purchase. I had gotten 5 pre-approval letters (2 Banks, 2 Lendors, 1 Credit Union) but only James was quick to reply and took the time to explain the process and discuss small details specific to my finances.
