I was able to text and call jeremy throughout the process with questions and to get clarification on steps, forms or advice. Many times he answered calls and messages well after 5 around 8 or 9. Jeremy made the loan process less stressful and confusing by having great communication and helping monitor rates to try and get me the best available.
