Answered every question we had, always friendly and supportive. Andrea made this process a lot easier than expected. If we buy property in that area again, she's the loan officer we want. I filled out a form online, and Andrea immediately responded, unlike several other companies in the area. She was instantly helpful and told me what I needed to do to get started. She did not overwhelm me with paperwork requests, and let me know what she needed next. When it came time to signing the documents on line, she set up a Zoom call to walk me through it, and that made it so simple! She stayed in contact until the actual signing at the Title Company and was always very pleasant.

If I had any question it was answered quickly and she even got on zoom to walk me through what I needed to do when I was confused.

Andrea and her team were great, they all worked hard to make our loan possible. But mostly, she listened to what we wanted and worked to make that happen. She never made me feel like I was annoying or asking too many questions, which I am sure I was lol
