I don't know which location they work at but Emily and her assistant tried helping my wife and I out because we are first time home buyers and after we sent them EVERYTHING they needed I get a call from a Travis saying they couldn't do a thing because I didn't have a job for 5 years. He said we can wait for 10 months and build up my employment or get a co-signer. So basically wasted 2 weeks of our time.
