I’ve used them twice and the process is always smooth and straightforward. They are always accessible to answer questions and the communication of where I am in the process is TOP TIER! You will not get the same service at your big bank where you are just a number. After using Fairway, I’m never going back to that big bank mentality for my mortgages!
