Horrible service from start to finish, bottom line is that we missed our closing appointment because Team Smith submitted incorrect documents at the last minute. We were routinely given poor advice on debt balances to pay in order to secure best rate available, leaving us $10-20k lighter when it came time to bring cash to close. We raised questions about costs and rates which made no sense, and received rude responses and explanations with no merit.
