Despite the MANY hoops put in my way by underwriters, Donna helped explain the rational for many of the requests and guided me through the process, even when I was supremely frustrated with all of the obstacles that seemed to appear every day. Even when an appraiser appeared not to know how to do his job. Bottom line, the deal got done in large part to how Donna kept her cool and professionalism.
