Walter and Emily H***** are the definition of World class Service. They went above and beyond and made the process very easy, no stress and actually as first time home buyers, my wife and I enjoyed the process. Annette is the definition of a pro! She does what she says, REALLY knows her business, & you can count on her! She also made herself available in numerous ways (email, telephone, text...) which was AWESOME because this is a complicated & scary process to the normal home buyer. Annette was very personable & responsive to our questions & concerns throughout the process as well. She seems to really understand that if the pro knows and doesn't communicate, all that expertise is lost to her clients.

Brian W******* was the most amazing and out-of-this-world loan officer! In this hot market, you NEED a loan officer that gets things done NOW! Use Brian! The man even works on weekends and Super Bowl! He called me on Saturday, and I applied after 5 pm that day. Less than 24 hours on Sunday (before Super Bowl even started), I had already submitted an offer on a house and with the pre-approved letter!!!
