We recently refinanced our home that was originally financed through Jonathan B******* @ Fairway in Sedona, AZ last year. Jonathan notified us of the potential to lower our interest rate, and not only did he help us lower the monthly payments by $200, but our interest rate dropped 1% ... for those who may not know, a 1% reduction is huge! We have never been so pleased with a mortgage company. Stick with Jonathan and you will not be disappointed ??
