Dan and his team were amazing. Great communication, Dan was always available when we had questions.
John M***** is a great guy! He kept us informed and got our loan done fast. We had already started a re-fi with another bank on our own house, when we went to John for an income property. We closed on the income property through Fairway last week, and we still don't have a date set on the re-fi with another bank. That's how fast Fairway was.

I could not have been happier with Rob D****** and the team at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. In the past, I had little interaction with my mortgage lender, but Rob and David were in constant communication, were honest, sincere, and friendly. The rate from Fairway was also 0.25% lower than other quotes I received. In fact, one lender couldn't believe Fairway's rate was so low and encouraged me to go with Fairway! 100% would recommend to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.
