Started the process for a mortgage with Fairway in La Grande when I found a house i was interested in, and Teri made it happen. Got a lock on a reasonable rate, got all the paperwork needed (less than I've had to work on before!), and wrapped in 6 weeks. Fast and relatively painless, despite becoming ill and slowing things down.
Teri Champlin and her team were very capable, knowledgeable and professional. Delightful to work with, expedient to the finish.
Everyone was very helpful and took the next step to help me through the process, they would even work after business hours to help and kept good contact with me.
