The experience working with Peter Cannon/Fairway Independent Mortgage was excellent. Peter was very helpful with explaining the loan process, finding me a competitive rate, and being responsive to my questions. The communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. The closing costs were clearly explained upfront. I would definitely them to others.
When we first started the mortgage process, we originally were going to use a different company. Unfortunately, there were issues with that company that weren't discovered until after we put in our offer. Peter stepped in immediately , was transparent and honest, got us a better loan, and worked fast . Despite our first set back, we were able to close 2 weeks sooner than planned and we got a loan we were comfortable with . All thanks to Peter and his team. We would highly recommend them to anyone .
