I gave a 5 star because of the service I received by Tara while she put my mortgage together. This company deserves a 5 star rating for how they themselves handle business. That being said, before I could even make my first mortgage payment they sold my mortgage to a company with a 2.5 star rating for serious issues cited by the customer base. They did let me know they could sell my mortgage, I just wish they were more discerning with who they are doing business with when they sell them. I definitely would have gone with my ... read more
