Finally found a good hard money lender here in Atlanta. Robert and his team were great to work with helped us all through our refinance. Honest hard money lenders are not easy to come by, but these guys were great!
Good service. Only wish Fairway would be more open as to who they sell the mortgages as bonds afterwards and to do the actual work of sending in the insurance related to the original mortgage. Had a lender issued insurance placed on me by a unknown bank for insurance I already had.
