Curt is a great people person, helping Mom and me feel at ease, despite our different needs. Mom isn't tech savvy, and I'm not credit savvy, and he helped us both through the process! BTW, Curt, Mom wants to take you to lunch once we're done unpacking!
The process felt easy. It appeared seamless to us. We introduced some hiccups when we had to walk away from the first property because of the home inspection and the appraisal came back lower on the home we closed on. Overall the process was seamless. We had to be on top of ourselves and manage our actions and tasks. John answered all of our questions.
John made home buying as a first time home buyer so easy! He is always there for any questions you have and replies quickly. I was never stressed out because I knew he had it all taken care of. I 100% recommend John & Fairway Mortage!
