Fairway is simply The Bomb! They recently completed 2 mortgages for us, one in GA, the other in SC. Both Teams were excellent. They are waaaay simpler to do biz with than any Bank. We had horrible experiences with Wells Fargo, they have no idea what they are doing, and wasted a month of my time. We presented 2 opportunites to them because we had an existing mortgage with them.
