We’ve been avoiding writing a review, but it’s been horrible experience after horrible experience working with Fairway and we’ve reached the point where we need to publicly share our experience. We had Ashland as our rep. Not only did we catch her in multiple blatant lies but several big mistakes were also made on her end. One of which included sending me the wrong exam to take for the loan I was getting (which takes 2-4 hours to complete) so I had to do two of those exams. Mistakes happen! I've worked with Dominic and his team many times over the past couple of decades, and I've always been very happy with the service. They give constant communication, weekly updates, and his team is very quick to respond to any inquiries.
Dom and his team at Fairway were so awesome to work with! I had many questions and felt very afraid I was making mistakes and Dom called me several times to explain how interest rates and closing costs work so that I would understand.
