THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING FAIRWAY I’ve dealt with many mortgage companies and this was by far the worst. Tonya was late on getting our documentation to us the day before we were suppose to close and so we had to move the closing to the following week and then come closing time they charged us for a late fee for “getting documents to them late” instead of owning up to her own negligence she did everything to blame us for her failure to get everything together for the closing.
