Steve Cox was the lender on a home for me in Eagle. It was smooth from the start. No surprises or last minute addendums or running it through underwriting multiple times. It was effortless for me. It is great when you have a lender that does his homework and leaves no surprises when it is time to close. All doc's were in early and nothing I had to do but show up! Easy Breezy!
