They will promise a rate and take all your docs, hit your credit score and then if the numbers are not favourable to them, will ghost you. Now that you lost your opportunity to lock rate, when they were favourable and have got a dent on your score and waiting for them to come back, which will never happen. I couldn't close my home on time bcos of them and had to find another agent to help me close my home. They will stop picking up your calls, responding to your texts, sms, emails. Greedy set of folks. They lie at every stage, initially would show to be very concerning, proactive, however once you allow them check your credit history, then they will show their true colors and will start wait and wait game. They promise anything initially to get your docs and credit score hit and then they will just abandon you. Completely cut you off. Different breed, selfish mentality - pls beware and spare yourself and find a better agent than them!
