Worst home buying experience ever. I asked Fairway to prequalify me for a third use of my VA benefit and the 5th personal home purchase transaction. The lender failed to follow the terms of the purchase contract by misstating the down payment, extremely overestimated the VA fee, requested the same document repeatedly then telling me they had them then requesting them again.
