Fairway Hills is a wonderful place to live! The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with you. The amenities are good and the rent is reasonable! I will continue to recommend Fairway Hills to anyone that is looking for a place to live and call home.
Fairway Hills is a really great place to live. They have so much land to walk on and so many trees. It feels like I'm living right in the Black Hills. The staff is very friendly and they do their best to get everything done in a timely manner. Rents are reasonable compared to other places I have found.
I have had an AC and Furnace issue since my wife and i started living here. Call emergency line and then was contacted by their maintenance guy and was giving attitude from the start. I asked the maintenance guy for an wall ac since that's what they did last year and he said that the guy was in hot springs and hours away. I then told him that thats not what I asked and he said it was out of his hands. He proceeded to tell me he would call Debbie so she can speak with me when that's not what I asked.
