I have been taking my truck for over 5 years and never had any issues until last week where it took almost 4 hours to change the oil, rotation and a light that I had. I left the shop and the same day in the afternoon a strange sound was coming out of the engine and I went back again and they told me it was the turbo and that it cost $850 and again I was there for almost two hours, my truck was outside and no one told them that they had checked it. Recall Appointment, Ashley and Bridgette were phenomenal. They communicated everything to do with what to expect, timeframe and how they would update for the process. Very professional and personable, also helping with a shuttle that accommodated a car seat so we would not have to wait there for the extra time. My vehicle was clean, neatly parked, looks as if the technician kept or returned my seat to the same it was.
