Do not buy parts here. Overpriced and they gate keep the part number so you can’t find them cheaper online. You would’ve thought I was trying to take a picture of his social security number the way this parts advisor overrated to me taking a picture of the part number.
I have rated my visit here already but I will update everyone. After my initial post someone replied with an apology for my experience and asked me to call her. I did and got no answer. I have yet to hear from anyone and still don't recommend anyone using the service department. I was blatantly lied to. After confronting the lady she continued to lie and even changed her response to my question. It wasn't even a big issue but know I don't trust this place. Service took a long time but Chris kept me updated on when work would be completed.
I’ve brought my vehicle here for service a couple of times. Helpful. Willing to negotiate and figure things out. All interactions with the team there have been positive. Notably- Chris in Service is the kindest, helpful, and addresses concerns honorably and honestly. Much appreciated.
I have been taking my truck for over 5 years and never had any issues until last week where it took almost 4 hours to change the oil, rotation and a light that I had. I left the shop and the same day in the afternoon a strange sound was coming out of the engine and I went back again and they told me it was the turbo and that it cost $850 and again I was there for almost two hours, my truck was outside and no one told them that they had checked it.
