Somehow Fairway schedules their work load so that I've never had to wait for my appointment. The technicians take care as to return your vehicle as clean as you dropped it off. The service writers advise you of future service needs and make recommendations without being pushy. The service advisor test drove my vehicle after service was performed to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Good job Fairway Ford!
I bought my vehicle at the Ford dealership in Wilmington. However, I wasn't happy with service experience there. I was given a wait time of over a month by them to have my transmission issue looked at. Fairway Ford called me back within the hour of submitting a request and scheduled me to be seen in one week! They were extremely helpful and actually cared about getting me in. Thank you!!!!
