Went in for a rear differential leak and to my surprise there was a recall for the rear co tools for the air conditioner/heater. It was the ONE thing we wanted on our new car that we didn’t get, but the assembly plastics were there and all the wires which was weird upon purchase. To our surprise Chris in service fulfilled the recall and we got the rear controls!!! Now the kids can control their on AC & heater AND the rear seats warm up!!
The salesman and all the staff did a wonderful job of explaining the details of the transaction and the fundamentals of operation when I recently purchased a new car. I buy from Fairway because I can rely on them to fix any problems I might have with the vehicle. They are great people who make customers feel comfortable and valued.
