Five Stars - Absolutely The Real, Honest Deal! Every time I visit Fairway Ford, I leave feeling like they are genuinely trying to save me money rather than drain my wallet. My first experience completely won me over. I came in convinced my car needed a massive, expensive transmission replacement. Instead of taking advantage of that, Lidia and the team diagnosed the actual issue and replaced a minor part for less than $200. Terrible buying experience. Constant delays, poor to no communication, missing, incomplete and wrong paperwork and repeated follows ups from my end for answers. I was given inconsistent information throughout the process and often felt like my concerns were not a priority after they received my money. I excepted far better customer service and professionalism.
It’s been a year since I purchased my Bronco Sport, and I still absolutely love it! This vehicle has taken me through mountains, deserts, snow, rain, and countless adventures, and it has performed amazingly in every condition.
