My son drove to Fairway Ford today to look at a 2025 Ford Expedition Max that apparently was transferred to another dealership. He was dissapointed and I must say that Bill Poston, sales manager made the day well worth the trip. He’s been there for over 15 for what I can remember. I had my vehicle into Fairway Ford on September 10 for a 20,000 mile service and a recall correction on the hybrid battery. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Fairway Ford for over a decade and have always been completely satisfied with their service. I’ve also used their body shop for repairs. We bought a car yesterday, August 19, 2026, at Fairway Ford and the buying experience was outstanding. Robert and Dave helped us with the purchase for a car for our daughter. They were so helpful and treated us exceptionally well from the beginning to the end of them handing us the keys to the car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to be treated the way you should be treated. Definitely ask for Robert and Dave, thank you both once again.
I took my car in for dash error message Door Fault service required. They kept my Ford Mach E for about 6.5 hours with no calls to tell me what was wrong with it. I called them to see the status of my car. At 3:24 pm they called me back and said they had not checked my car yet and they would need to keep the car for one more day. I became upset.
