Had a great experience at Fairway Ford this last week. Mikey and his team always take really good care of me. Jordan was my service advisor and followed up promptly about the safety inspection. He even mentioned the rear brakes could be done already but would pass the safety. Dennis was the tech that performed the inspection and is very thorough. Excellent service and friendly staff .
Had a recent experience with the customer service in Ford Steinbach. Disappointed after seeing that the staff at the service deck and parts department was not interested in helping me find the right part for my truck. Would really like to see the customer service to be on top level with the desire to serve the customer quickly and efficiently. Compared with customer service at Ford dealership in Winnipeg our Steinbach dealership needs to try a bit harder)
