Avoid this company at all costs. I hired them to install a Valor fireplace gas insert (I later learned it was the first one they’d installed). Today, I replaced the batteries and the fireplace won’t start. I called and they suggested I call Hartville Hardware because they were taking time off. Are you kidding me?? Update: I called the manufacturer in Canada and he was able to fix the issue over the phone in less than 5 minutes. Shame on you Fairway Fireplace. We are headed into a huge ice storm and you left me hanging.
