Beautiful neighborhood
I cannot say more about how blatant their lies are. I purchased a house there under the contract. The contract document said 3 bay garage as well as the plans. When I made the inquiry when they started building as to how many bays, Bryan told us and our agent that they could not put a 3 bay on that lot because it was too close to the easement. Been here 2 years great homes but water is hard you have to spend thousands of dollars to install a water filtration system or your water pressure will be low from buildup.
