Opened in 2004 at the northeast corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Mission Road in Fairway Kansas, Fairway Eye Center was established with the idea that people shouldn’t have to get an eye exam and eyewear at two separate places. I’ve been a patient at Fairway for sixteen years. Never had a problem until now. My glasses were not correct, they agreed to fix them, still fuzzy and cannot see to read. My insurance company agreed to pay for the new lenses the second time. Fairway sent me the prescription via email and asked me to take them elsewhere. Consequently no other vision center is willing to order them as the prescription is not correct according to last years glasses which have been checked vs the strength of the new ones.
