Fairway was recommended to me by a friend who had an amazing experience with them. I contacted them by phone and was greeted with a very friendly customer service person who took my information and passed it along to a project manager. From there, a project manager, TJ called me to talk about the work I wanted done and we created a schedule. Great service from Kyle and TJ. I had a mysterious power outage in part of my home. Fairway responded to my call promptly and were timely in sending over an electrician to investigate the problem. Kyle was efficient, neat, and very polite/professional. The problem was not an obvious one, yet Kyle found and fixed the issue in no time. Thanks for a great experience.
Thank you to TJ & Peter for their great customer service. We had an issue just before Christmas 2021. TJ responded to my call immediately and had Peter come to the house and assess the issue and it was resolved within a day. Everything was explained in full and I appreciate their professionalism. We recently had Kyle & Jackson of Fairway Electrical install a chandelier in our new condo. They also installed a new light switch and wiring to the light and it couldn't have gone better. They showed up when they said they would, were very efficient, clean and obviously very skilled. Nice guys too. We highly recommend them.
Hope their residential electricians are smarter than how they drive..??????? As they like to drive in the passing lane and then when you finally get past them, they like to tailgate you and turn their high beams on.... Very Professional... NOT... 06/20/23 at 11pm east bound 403 coming out of Woodstock.
