If I could give a -10 I would. They covered for my ex when she lied about her current employment status. Completely lost trust in the mediator and they would not refund our 2nd installment. If they were honest about the situation it would have made the proceeding much better but they obviously favored her over me. Guys, be wary. This organization is run by women and they favor the female side of the story. Buyer beware!

I agreed to a six-figure annual spousal support arrangement through Fairway Divorce, but was never referred to an independent financial consultant to explain the numbers or long-term consequences. I was not told that spousal support is fully taxable and creates no RRSP contribution room, or that under the Rule of 65 (age + years married), support is usually indefinite. Instead, my agreement terminates at age 65. This has had significant tax consequences, leaving me unable to save for retirement or even manage current living ... read more

Fairway made the process easy to understand and work through with their guidance and expertise. I dont recommend divorce, but do recommend working with Fairway if you need to.

I was referred to Fairway from my investment advisor who was adamant about avoiding lawyers.
