I was not told that spousal support is fully taxable and creates no RRSP contribution room, or that under the Rule of 65 (age + years married), support is usually indefinite. Fairway made the process easy to understand and work through with their guidance and expertise. I dont recommend divorce, but do recommend working with Fairway if you need to.
