I went with Fairway because it was a really painless process to drop in and get an estimate for repairs and the price quoted was incredibly reasonable. Got another estimate somewhere else, with an appointment, and it took 1.5 hours and they kept trying to upsell me. Fairway ordered the needed parts and got me on the service schedule quickly. Dustin was great!
Very nice and friendly people. They’re easy to work with and if Issues arise they are quick to resolve them. They communicate very well during the complete repair process with updates. I would personally recommend them. They did a great job on my truck.
I had some minor damage and wasn't sure what was needed. They came out looked at the car and all i needed was a light bulb. I had some debris hit my car going 65 and it hit the front of my car and then i ran it over so some things popped out of place but they just popped it back together told me i needed a bulb which they didn't have in stock so he told me to run to Napa and come back and he would install it for me. This all took 30 minutes and i was done. He went above and beyond for me and i so appreciate his generosity.
