My 76 year old grandmother had her phone on speaker and I heard the vicious and dehumanizing conversation. Heidi who works there was a terrible human being. The owners should be ashamed & embarrassed to have staff so EVIL. Currently working with the original debtor just to not have to ever deal with someone so VILE again.
This business was able to collect over $1,700 from me for medical debt related to services that were not provided. I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding the underlying charges, and the debt collectors were informed of the dispute. Two stars because when I spoke with the owner, she removed the garnishment fee after reviewing my account and seeing the error that had occurred. Another Update: Gwen said we could work out a payment plan for the balance after the first garnishment phase was done. When it finished I just got served another garnishment with all the fees associated with garnishing. No court date. No nothing. Heading to the court house. These people are crooked and their lawyer just flings these writs out. Hire a lawyer and don't trust anything these people tell you. Update: Talk to Gwen if you have issue with your account manager. You can get a writ of garnishment from them but whatever you do, don’t try to call them about it. The machine puts you into an endless loop and doesn’t allow you to leave a message. ‘Superior service’. Right.
