今天带小朋友去体检，前台护士小姐姐服务态度很好，也非常感谢Dr Nguyen最后给小朋友做了体检项目，医生服务态度也很好，但是，让我很不满意的是叫Amanda的一名工作人员，因为我们到了稍微迟到相差一分钟的时间就不给我们安排医生，还让我们重新预约时间，而且服务态度超级差完全不为客户着想，而且我们也看了规定条款里写的迟到超过20分钟都是可以当天安排预约的，还让我们在那里等了一个小时也不给个回复，我非常不满意她所做的行为.
前台、医生、护士都很友好，很多都会说国语。楼下还有药房，拿药方便；楼下还有个池塘有观赏鱼，儿童喜欢。
