I picked up a ten footer U-haul from them, and the contract said the tank was supposed to be at 5/8 but it was empty. When I called to get it changed in the system so I'm not getting charged for someone else not filling it up, the guy that answered was rude as hell, and refused to offer any type of help. Furthermore he began getting uber aggressive when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
