It took them almost a month to complete a bumper repair and the repair job was unsatisfactory. There were obvious gaps where the factory skid plate meets the bumper. I told them about it and they replied: "that's how it is". Also, I wasn't aware there is no guarantee on the repair since they're not a "State Farm shop".
This place sucks go elsewhere. The guy at the counter told me I needed to order a full mirror assembly for my drivers view mirror that was smashed. End of the day I went to an affiliated online store with Subaru, sent some pics in, and only needed the mirror and a few pieces of plastic. These people even wanted to charge me disposing the old mirror assembly away per the estimate. The labor charges are a sham too with additional prices for things that are not even required. I hit a deer in February of 2022 took it in to get an estimate. Filed insurance claim the insurance sent them the check and I was told they would call me in a few weeks. It's been over a year now and I still haven't gotten a call to have my truck repaired.
