I dealt with a Korean broker. She proceeded with a brokerage transaction without my consent, and once the transaction was completed, she stopped responding and disappeared. This behavior is extremely concerning. I would strongly caution anyone against working with her.
I had to give this company one star because I did not know how to give them zero. My experience with this company was horrific. As agent for the seller of my listing, I received a quick "preapproval" letter from Fairway, and was excited to work with them. Closing date came and went with no warning, no contact, nothing.
