I had to give this company one star because I did not know how to give them zero. My experience with this company was horrific. As agent for the seller of my listing, I received a quick "preapproval" letter from Fairway, and was excited to work with them. Closing date came and went with no warning, no contact, nothing. Best Lender in the DMV
Two words will sum them untrustworthy and dishonesty. I work with Mai Nushin, a sales manager. She doesn’t communicate at all, and if she does, it is all lies and excuses. It is ok to tell a client that they don’t qualify, but it is NOT ok to come and back and say I am busy with new loans your refinance has to wait.
