I had a very concerning experience with Fairway Asset Corp involving Christine Caprario and. During my mortgage refinance process, critical information regarding Al Soumah’s alleged cease and desist order related to mortgage activities was never disclosed to me. I later discovered what I believe were deceptive and potentially fraudulent practices involving the refinance transaction, including misleading information and financial discrepancies. I dealt with a Korean broker. She proceeded with a brokerage transaction without my consent, and once the transaction was completed, she stopped responding and disappeared. This behavior is extremely concerning. I would strongly caution anyone against working with her.
I had to give this company one star because I did not know how to give them zero. My experience with this company was horrific. As agent for the seller of my listing, I received a quick "preapproval" letter from Fairway, and was excited to work with them. Closing date came and went with no warning, no contact, nothing. I have been dealing with a particular mortgage loan officer from Apex Mortgage company/ Apex Realty under the ownership of Indru Jashnani.I have been working with this company for at least 5yrs or more .
