Terrible experience. We have been clients for over 20 years.Recently received our cat back from an enema with her fur covered in feces. Because of this a bacterial infection occurred and she was given an antibiotic. Passed infection to her brother and he became extremely ill. Contacted my vet about whether there was a possibility the two were connected and instead of responding to my texts and phone calls (couldn't be bothered it was her day off) we went ahead with an expensive ultrasound.
