Terrible experience. We have been clients for over 20 years.Recently received our cat back from an enema with her fur covered in feces. Because of this a bacterial infection occurred and she was given an antibiotic. Passed infection to her brother and he became extremely ill. Contacted my vet about whether there was a possibility the two were connected and instead of responding to my texts and phone calls (couldn't be bothered it was her day off) we went ahead with an expensive ultrasound. RecommendedThey've been *amazing*. Our first dog was a rescue with severe anxiety and no socialization. The entire staff at Fairway was incredible with getting us straight to a quiet room and using non-threatening approaches, calming music, treats, behavior strategies, the whole 9-yards. Our second dog didn't have anxiety problems, but they've done amazing with her as well. My dog is very anxious and fearful of the vet, but also is not a fan of being around strange dogs. So taking him to the vet is stressful for both of us! Fairway Animal Hospital has always worked with us to make it as positive of a visit as possible, brainstorming things we can try and treating him like he is a member of my family (which he is!). I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else and have always had a great experience here!
I have worked with the VCA corporate team for years as a vendor to them, and always admired their business practices and love for our furry friends. However, there wasn’t a clinic close by/convenient. During the pandemic, my 10 month old puppy ate something she wasn’t supposed to and they were friendly and helpful from the first phone call I made.
